Lots going on here at "Too Little Time" which is leaving too little time for much else.
I did take several loads of stuff to the resale, to donate and than stalled. I see this project resurfacing here in the very near future for various reasons....
My darling daughter turned 18 in April which was a major hurdle for the mom (don't know why some things hit you harder than others - 18 major, graduation not at all).
Said darling daughter also graduated this June. This includes a pending graduation party in July -- don't even want to think about that one yet. And who's brillant idea was it to hand make party invitations including 3-D tassels (I'm a glutton)!
Manly little man (who isn't little at all anymore at almost 6 ft and 190 #s at 14) graduated 8th grade and starts HS in the fall. Actually as he's in band he's already very active over at the high school. We are very pleased that he made drum line! Yeah Josh :)
In knitting news there is nothing new. I lost my knitting mojo. I have 2 single socks with no mates and babies with no sweaters. Don't know when that will rectify itself.
Instead I've been sewing. Working on the "Grandmothers Flower Garden" -- need to take a picture cause I've gotten quite a lot done. Probably 3/4 of a king size bed.
So thats the skinny. Lots more to chat about but that will have to wait.
Happy June days all...

Moving in the right direction...
I can't tell you the exact reason - over whelmed; spring fever; cabin fever... but I am entirely sick of the amount of crap that resides in my house. Fueled by a recent article about de-cluttering I am attempting to embrace their suggestions and start a "pitching process".
We have lived in this house for 15 years - that's 15 years worth of accumulation. Hoping to move in another 5 I am applying the "do you want to move it" philosophy. I plan on moving as little as possible so with a look towards the future I started today.
I didn't get very far. But I did start. Every journey needs a start. Do I have a schedule yet? No. Frankly I've been working 4 days a week (self imposed) which doesn't leave time for much else. But I am motivated.
Also some of the "little things" listed at the side involve major changes. Like clean the fridge. That involves moving the fridge. Across the room. Pulling down shelving.
In crafting news I dug out a hand pieced Grandmother's Flower Garden" that I had started several years ago. I pieced tow of the sections together and realized I have about 1/3 of a full size quilt completed. So while the mood hits me I'm going to work on that for awhile.
So definitive progress... no. But a move in the right direction.

Remiss
As stated above, I have been very remiss in keeping up the blog lately if for no other reason that there isn't a whole lot going on in my life other than work... which is life sucking in itself at times.
However, I am going to attempt something new to see if it helps me accomplish some things. I am a bit overwhelmed at the number of projects needing compleation and I tend to forget those same projects when I have 30 min. So... "Too Little Time" will be making lists and checking them off - setting an account of what I've been up to. Both to keep me on track and motivated. I invite you along for the ride.....
